I have a wide range of expertise and work in several performance contexts and a range of delivery formats. First and foremost I specialise in bespoke one-to-one support in elite sport, and high-risk environments such as surgery or policing. I work with business people in high-pressure industries such as banking and within the service industry and also support those at the beginnings of their adult live facing the demands of school academic performance.
Finally, I have developed a passion for applying performance psychology in unusual places and believe that applying psychological knowledge can help bring about social change and help solve broad and complex problems. For example to drive sustainability or to integrate diversity and inclusion in communities.
